Return window
Eligible items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items should be unused or lightly handled, with all original parts and packaging whenever possible.
Non-returnable situations

- Products returned after the 30-day window without prior approval
- Custom, hygiene-sensitive, or final-sale items if later marked as non-returnable on the product page
Refund timing
Once the returned item is received and checked, approved refunds are usually issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on the payment provider.
